What's wrong with this problem? It seems to have an error in sample output (first test case answer is clearly 5)
Does S have to be connected?
Is the sample input wrong? If so, are the judge's test cases correct?

I'll answer myself: S have to be connected (this way sample input/output is ok and i've tried it and got ACC 
I post this in case anyone have the same doubt (now i think i recall there was a clarification in the middle of the contest)
